We accept Visa, Master Card and AMEX through our secure online system. When placing an order online a real-time ordering system will authorize your card instantly. A settlement will occur within 24 hours of your order. We must receive full payment before your order is processed. If you pay by personal or company check, we will not process your order until your check clears the bank. NO SALES TAX, EXCLUDING FLORIDA RESIDENTS.

Custom Orders

Custom orders CANNOT be cancelled or changed after they are put into production. We want to make sure that your order is processed to meet your full expectations. Please note that if your information is inaccurate your cresting order will be incorrect. IMPORTANT: be sure to check our sizing chart before ordering to insure your correct jersey size. Additional charges may apply if prolonged, unforeseen graphics time is required for artwork development. Quotes - When requesting a price quote for custom orders, please give us as much detail as possible, such as style number, size, quantity and the customizing details to be done.

Minimum Quantity Policy

Online ordering:

• Stock jerseys: 10 units

• Repeats: no minimums. Once you have placed your initial team order you will be able to order less than the minimum quantity required. Shipping fee will apply to orders that are less than $99.00.

Custom Orders:

• Screen Print/Tackle Twill: 12 prints of the same design/color

• Repeats: 6 prints of the same design/color

• No minimums on repeat orders for sewn numbers and names same design/color EXCLUDING LOGO.

• Made to order jerseys: 12 units on initial and repeat orders

Returns/Exchanges
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASONS OTHER THAN MATERIAL DEFECTS AND WORKMANSHIP. Dye lots may vary. As defects should be visible soon after the uniform has been used. We reserve the right to determine if the defects were caused by abusive use or in the process of manufacturing. All returns must be authorized. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and instructions prior to the return of any merchandise. Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused! All returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days. All items must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging.

Cancellations

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS once they have been placed and payment has been made.

Shipping Charges
FREE SHIPPING is on all ATHLETIC KNIT orders over $99.00 as long as it ships to a business, school or other commercial address. Shipping for Tour and K1 will be added to your total.

Care Instructions:

• Please wash screen printed garments inside out;
• Use only cold or lukewarm water when washing;
• Use only mild soap or detergent. DO NOT USE BLEACH OF ANY KIND.
  LAY FLAT TO DRY IMMEDIATELY AFTER WASHING. DO NOT MACHINE DRY!
